Support, security, phones and connectivity, all from the same four people, all on one invoice with each part as its own line. No handing you between suppliers, and nobody blaming the other one.

What we actually do
Support and security are the two things most people come to us for. The rest are things clients ask us to take on once they would rather ring one number than four.
The day to day. A helpdesk that a named person answers, machines monitored and patched, starters and leavers handled, and backup of your Microsoft 365 email and files. Fixed monthly fee per user, no hourly billing.
Managed detection and response with a security operations centre reading the alerts around the clock, email security inside Microsoft 365, DNS and browser protection, vulnerability management, and email authentication so nobody can send invoices as you.
We hold Cyber Essentials ourselves and we take clients through it to both levels, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus. The full cost is laid out at the start, including what the certifying body charges.
AI your staff can use without leaking the business
People are already pasting company information into AI tools, whether it is sanctioned or not. We put something in place that they can use safely, with the controls and the visibility that the free tools do not give you. We start by auditing what those tools would currently be able to reach inside your business, which is almost always more than anyone expects.
Teaching your team to spot the email that got past the filters, because eventually one will. Included on our Secure+ level, and available on its own at any level or with no support contract at all.
Business phone systems and the cloud services behind them, set up and supported by the same team that looks after everything else. One number to ring when something is wrong, rather than three suppliers blaming each other.
Business broadband, leased lines and mobile, sourced and supported by us rather than by a call centre that has never seen your office. When it goes down you ring the people who know what is plugged into it.
For businesses that already have their own IT person or an internal team. We run the security stack, they keep doing what they do, and somebody is watching the alerts around the clock. The shape depends on what your team already covers.
Businesses of 5 to 60 people across South Wales, Cardiff and the South West, from sole traders to multi-site companies. Our largest client runs around 180 users. In some sectors a regulator or a big client sets rules about how you handle data, and that changes what your IT has to do.
The SRA expects firms to identify and manage material risks, and to report an incident that touches clients. Most IT providers have never read a word of it. We work with firms on what that means in practice, what Cyber Essentials involves, and what has to be in place by when.
Support and security are a fixed monthly fee per user, published on the pricing page. Everything else is priced separately and appears as its own line, so you can see what each part costs rather than one number you have to take on trust.
01
One number to ring
When the phones stop working and the broadband is fine, the argument about whose fault it is happens inside our team rather than between three suppliers on your time.
02
You can take one piece or all of it
Plenty of clients started with support and added the rest over years. Some only want the security layer because they have their own IT person. Nothing here is a bundle you have to swallow whole.
How many people you have, what is working and what is not. You will get a straight answer on which of these you actually need and what it would cost, without a discovery process.
