Privacy

What we do with your information.

Short, because there isn’t much of it. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shares nothing with advertisers. If you fill in the form, we use what you send to reply to you.

This page covers this website only. If you are one of our clients, the data we hold and process on your behalf as your IT provider is governed by your service agreement and the data processing terms in it, not by this notice.

Who we are

Saturday Cloud Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 07836112, at Alexandra Gate Business Centre, Ffordd Pengam, Cardiff CF24 2SA. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZA326894.

If you want to ask us anything about this notice, or make any of the requests further down the page, email hello@saturday-cloud.com or ring 029 2111 1202.

What the contact form collects

The form on our contact page asks for your name, your company, an email address, a phone number and a message. Only the message and one way of contacting you are needed. Everything else is optional, and we would rather have a short enquiry than no enquiry.

We use it for one thing: to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. There is no mailing list, no newsletter, no follow up sequence and nothing is passed to anyone else for marketing.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You have contacted a business to ask about its services, and answering you is what you would reasonably expect us to do with what you sent.

How long we keep it

Six months for enquiries that do not go anywhere, then we delete them. If the conversation turns into work, what we hold from that point is covered by your service agreement instead.

Where it goes

The form does not save anything on this website. The message is read, turned into an email and sent to us, and nothing about it is written to storage here. The email arrives in a Microsoft 365 mailbox that we control.

The rest of what happens when you visit

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records the requests that reach it, including IP addresses, so that it can serve pages, block abuse and stop attacks. That is a security function, our lawful basis for it is legitimate interests, and we do not use those records to identify or profile visitors.

We set no cookies and run no analytics, so there is no tracking to opt out of. There is more detail on the cookies page.

Booking a call

The “book a call” link takes you to Microsoft Bookings, which is a Microsoft service on a Microsoft address. If you book a slot, the details you enter there go to Microsoft as well as to us, and Microsoft’s own privacy terms apply to that page. We use what you enter to hold the appointment and to prepare for it.

Who else sees any of this

Two companies, both acting on our instructions:

  • Microsoft. Our email and calendars run on Microsoft 365, so anything you send us sits in a mailbox hosted by them.
  • Cloudflare. They host and protect this website.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to any other company without a reason we would be happy to explain to you.

What you can ask us to do

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete it
  • stop using it, or restrict how we use it
  • object to us using it on the basis of legitimate interests
  • send it to you, or to somebody else, in a portable format

Email hello@saturday-cloud.com and we will deal with it inside one month. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any point, whether or not you have raised it with us. They are at ico.org.uk and their helpline is 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date below. We will not start doing something with your information that this page says we do not do, and then leave this page saying otherwise.

Last updated August 2026.
