Pricing

What proper IT & Cyber support costs, at a glance.

Three levels, priced per user per month. Most providers in this market won’t put a number anywhere you can find it. We’d rather you knew whether we’re in your range before we take up your time.

The levels

Pick the one that matches your risk, not your budget

The difference between them is how much security sits underneath the support. The support itself is the same at every level.

Everything in the day to day. It keeps your IT working and up to date.

Why this page exists

Nobody else publishes this

Which is exactly why we do. The usual version is a form, then a call, then a discovery meeting, then a PDF a fortnight later. By then you have spent an afternoon finding out something you could have known in ten seconds.

If the number works, ring us

We’ll work out which level fits, how many users you actually have, and what your monthly figure comes to. That conversation is worth having because it’s about your business, not about whether you can afford to talk to us.

If it doesn’t, you have saved us both a meeting

We’re a small team. We’d rather spend the time on people we can actually help than chase quotes that were never going to come to anything. No hard feelings either way.

Why we don’t ask to see your current bill

It’s common in this industry to ask for your last invoice before anyone quotes. The reason given is that it helps them understand your setup. The effect is that they now know what you’re already willing to pay, and the quote gets built around that figure rather than around what the work costs.

Our numbers are on this page. They’re the same for you as they are for the business down the road, and they don’t move depending on what you’re paying now. If you do want to show us an old invoice we’ll happily go through it, but it’s to work out what you’re actually getting for it, not to work out what we can charge you.

The small print, in normal words

What sits outside the monthly fee

All of it arrives on the same invoice as its own line, so you can see what each part costs rather than one number you have to take on trust.

Projects

Migrations, office moves, server replacements. Scoped and quoted before anything starts. Day to day changes are included in the monthly fee, and so is a handful of them at once.

Hardware

We source and supply it based on what you actually need, so machines arrive built, licensed and on the right warranty.

Cyber Essentials certification

The assessment fee and the work to get you through it. Laid out in full at the start, including what the certifying body charges.

Cloud, telecoms and connectivity

Phone systems, broadband and mobile. Priced separately, on the same invoice, as their own lines.

Standalone security awareness training

Training is included on Secure+. If you are on Essential or Secure, or you are not on a support contract with us at all, we run it on its own for your team.

Backup beyond Microsoft 365

Backup of Microsoft 365 email and files is in every level. Servers, on premises data and anything larger can be backed up as well, priced on how much there is to protect.

Getting started

There is a one off onboarding fee, tiered by the size of the business. Sign for 36 months and we halve it. It covers the audit, the clean up of whatever the last provider left behind, and getting every machine onto our monitoring. You’ll know the figure before you commit to anything.

Work out your actual number

Tell us how many people you have and which level looks right. You’ll get the monthly figure, the onboarding fee and a straight answer on whether we’re a good fit, without a discovery process.

Already have IT covered

Co-managed security

If you have your own IT person or an internal team and what you actually need is the security layer, we run that on its own. The Secure stack without the helpdesk underneath it.

The security, without taking over your IT

Endpoint protection and managed detection and response, email security, DNS and browser protection, vulnerability scanning and management, and security awareness training. Your team keeps doing what it does, and somebody is watching the alerts around the clock.

Priced per user per month like everything else, but the shape of it depends on what your own team already covers, so this one starts with a conversation rather than a number.

Questions

What people ask about the price

Is that per user, per month?

Yes, and it excludes VAT. Ten people on Secure is ten times £55 a month. There’s no separate ticket charge, no call out rate, and no hourly billing on top of it.

Will you want to see our current IT invoice first?

No. Our prices are published on this page, so there’s nothing to work out from what you’re paying now. Plenty of providers ask for the last invoice before quoting, and it tells them what you’ll tolerate. If you want us to look at an old bill and tell you what you were actually getting for it, that’s a different conversation and we’re happy to have it.

What counts as a user?

A named person. Not a device and not a mailbox, so somebody with a laptop, a desktop and a phone is still one user.

Is there a setup cost?

Yes. A one off onboarding fee, tiered by the size of the business, because taking on five people is a very different job from taking on twenty five. Sign for thirty six months and we halve it. You’ll know the figure before you commit to anything.

Why is Essential cheaper, and why would you talk me out of it?

Because it’s IT support with no security layer underneath it. It’s a real option and some businesses only want the support, but we’d rather tell you that up front than let you find out during an incident. If you take Essential we’ll say so once and then get on with it.

What’s not in the monthly fee?

Projects, hardware, Cyber Essentials certification, and cloud, telecoms and connectivity. All of it comes from us and all of it arrives on the same invoice as its own line, so you can see what each part costs.

How long am I tied in for?

12 months as a minimum. Thirty six months halves the onboarding fee if you’d rather trade the commitment for the saving.

We already have an IT person. Can we just have the security?

Yes. Co-managed security runs the Secure stack without the helpdesk underneath it. The price depends on what your own team already covers, so that one starts with a conversation.

Next step

Ten seconds of maths, then a real conversation

You already know the per user figure. Tell us how many people you have and what you’re running now, and we’ll tell you the monthly number and whether we’re the right fit.
